SHOPPING AT SHAUN LEANE

Shaun Leane is renowned for his romantic and extravagant jewellery. He is a real craftsman and spends his time creating precious and silver jewellery with his team at the London Studio.

Our website showcases the entire range of Shaun’s fabulous jewellery. Many of the collections featured on our site are sold exclusively by Shaun Leane.

Shopping at Shaun Leane is straightforward; please follow the instructions below.  

Browse through our collections by using the collection buttons and search options on the right hand side of the page, and then your selection of images will appear. Click on the image to view more information on your particular chosen item. Simply add your chosen piece of jewellery to your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘Add to shopping bag' button next to your chosen item. Then simply proceed to purchase to make payment.

All orders will be paid for in Pound Sterling but you are able to see a specific currency conversion by clicking on the relevant denomination at the top of the site.

If you would prefer to place your order by telephone please contact the studio directly on +44 (0) 207 405 4773 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm where we will be on hand to assist you. You may also contact us by email on info@shaunleane.com if you have any queries or questions about certain pieces.

DELIVERY OF UK ORDERS

If you place your order online or over the telephone, your jewellery will arrive by Royal Mail special delivery within 5 working days.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

Delivery to addresses within the UK costs £8.00
 
Parcels will need to be signed for in person. In the event that no one is available to receive a Special Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.


COURIER SERVICE

We also offer a same day courier service in London to all London postal code areas for £15.00
Orders must be received and payment cleared by 2pm for London Same Day delivery. We will dispatch London Same Day orders as a priority subject to product availability.

DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery to overseas addresses costs £15.00
Overseas deliveries are sent via Royal Mail AirSure and will arrive within 5-10 working days in Europe and the US, or within 5-10 working days for the rest of the world; please call us on +44 (0) 207 405 4773 or email info@shaunleane.com for more information.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person. In the event that no one is available to receive a Special Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local mail collection depot.

Certain items may need to be sent via FedEx. Please call our customer service team on +44 (0) 207 405 4773 or email info@shuanleane.com to discuss your individual requirements, and we will advise you of the specific shipping cost and delivery time required.

Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (17.5%) will be removed from your order at checkout.

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

The transaction is taken in pounds sterling but you are able to see a specific currency conversion by clicking on the relevant denomination at the top of the site.

GIFTS AND PACKAGING

Each beautiful piece of Shaun Leane jewellery will be delivered in its own box bearing the Shaun Leane logo.

Each box will be wrapped with ribbon and will come with a polishing cloth, with detailed instructions of how to keep your jewellery in perfect condition.

Please note that you can also have your chosen items delivered as a gift to the recipient by choosing to provide an alternative delivery address. If the name provided with the delivery address is different from that of the billing address, the invoice will be forwarded to the billing address.

TAILORED SERVICES

If you are London based and you urgently need your jewellery for a specific occasion, please call us on +44 (0) 207 405 4773 to discuss your individual requirements. We endeavour to help you as much as possible.

RETURNS INFORMATION

If the jewellery you receive is not to your satisfaction you may return or exchange it, and we will refund or send you an alternative piece.
Shaun Leane wishes to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the Customer. Shaun Leane will refund the entire cost of the item(s) that are returned by the Customer not worn, not used and not damaged and accompanied by the relevant Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
Please not shipping costs cannot be refunded. Items sold through the site cannot be returned to any Shaun Leane store. Please obtain your Returns Authorisation (RA) number; see below for details.
A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be requested from the Shaun Leane London office within 7 days of delivery. Please allow us 3 working days to respond to you.
Postage for returns is free of charge within the UK only.
RA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at info@shaunleane.com Once you have received your RA number, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you and detailed below. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.

We request that all goods are returned within 10 days of issuing your RA number. You are not able to return items that have been worn.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Shaun Leane and can only be exchanged for a credit on other items from the site.

Shaun Leane will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged in anyway. We will not take responsibility for items damaged during transit. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been damaged, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return it.

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

The refunds will be issued in the same form that was used for payment.

UK RETURNS PROCEEDURE

In order to assist the return of your items you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at info@shaunleane.com or calling us on 0207 405 4773 within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returns from any particular order must to be returned to us in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you.

All items must be not be worn and must be in their original condition.
Please complete the Returns Form you will receive via email and enclose this with the item(s) to be returned.
Please place items in the original Shaun Leane packaging and make sure the padded envelope is securely sealed.

We request that returns are shipped through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You should take your item for return to a Post Office for return by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 10 days of receiving the RA number.
The return address and Licence number is stated on the pre-printed labels supplied with your goods. Failure to obtain an RA or to return goods other than via Royal Mail Special Delivery does not affect your statutory rights.

To ensure that you are not charged for returning your item please fasten the three labels provided to the front of the parcel: 1) Royal Mail Special Delivery label; 2) Royal Mail response licence label; 3) the return address label which displays our returns address. If you do not have a returns address label please contact our customer service team on 0207 405 4773 and we will send you these directly.

Shaun Leane recommends using a courier service for the return of the Product(s) in order to allow the tracking of the shipment. Shaun Leane will not be held responsible for the refund or the compensation of those Products that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

RETURNING FAULTY GOODS
If an item of jewellery purchased from Shaun Leane shows a fault you must obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing us at info@shaunleane.com and follow the standard returns process as detailed above.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any damage deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We at Shaun Leane strive to produce high quality jewellery and will do our best to help with any damage caused. Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
It may be possible for us to repair items that have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service to cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges.
As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Once the refund has been completed Shaun Leane will send a confirmation e-mail.
Alternatively, you can request a Shaun Leane credit to be used against future purchases at www.shaunleane.com
Once issued, credit notes are valid for 6 months.

EXCHANGE INFORMATION

If you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternative item please let us know by emailing us at info@shaunleane.com or by phone for advice on a more suitable item on +44(0) 207 405 4773

Alternatively, to secure your chosen exchange you can make your purchase by phone or online and we will refund your original item when it is returned to us.

Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales (7 days) are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales (7 days) will again be at the customers cost for shipping and refunded only as a credit against other items.

You will be charged for any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
